Secoh JDK series

Secoh JDK series is a new generation membrane blowers. Secoh JDK series is a long time Secoh Sangyo Co. Ltd. (Japan) company"s test result. This series blowers has even greater reliability, longevity and even more actual performance and economy (see technical data sheets) in compare with the other manufacturers similar products. These blowers have installed protections against overheating, membranes rupture of, magnet displacement due to incorrect installation or use. Higher capasity JDK series blowers (since JDK-150 model) are additionally equipped with a relief valve. JDK series partially replaced the former Secoh SLL and EL series. At the moment we can offer Secoh JDK series blowers, having a free air flow ranges are already up to 700 l / min. At the same Secoh JDK series is characterized by economy (energy consumption, depending on the model, it is reduced by up to 30%) and compact (as well as up to 30% less overall dimensions, compared with the previous analogs) while this makes the class not only more compactly, but also lighter.

Universal service kits
For each model series service kits are available. They are vacuum-packed in aluminum foil for better and longer life/ storage. All major Secoh blowers spare parts we constantly have in stock and we can quickly provide it to the client. Spare parts specification can be found in attached PDF files.

Secoh diaphragm blowers advantages:

The operating principle of an electromagnetic oscillation is well known for its excellent efficiency. The electrical energy is not used up by mechanical friction in crank assemblies, sliding parts or bearings, but is directly utilized for pump movement via the membranes. Lubricants are not necessary and are not to be found either in the linear drive or in the pump chamber. This means absolute oil-free operation. The new JDK-models feature less energy consumption (up to 30% - depending on the application) and less overall dimensions (also by about 30%) compared to the SLL- and EL-series. This makes the class not only more compactly, but also lighter.

Integrated overload protection
The EL and JDK series are supplied with a thermal overload protection. The contact breaks when the temperature of the windings reaches hazard value of the probe at 130°C. After the coil has cooled down below 120°C, the blowers starts again automatically.

Protective switch (auto stopper) 
The EL series is supplied with a protection switch, in case of a diaphragm break. JDK series pumps( from mod. JDK-60 till mod. JDK-500) supplied with a new special contruction protection switch. It consists of a micro switch which turns off the blower. Due to the fact, the blower is protected against deviation.

Fault alarm lamp
The EL and JDK series may optional is provided with a fault alarm lamp. These air pumps will indicate any diaphragm fault of the linear motor with a signal lamp, placed on the outside cover of the air pump.

Long life expectancy
Motor and pump parts are combined in one single construction. The compact and light construction form and the simple mechanism guarantee a long and reliable period of operation.

High degree of efficiency
The principle of electromagnetic oscillation, which practically has no mechanical friction, minimises power consumption and provides a high degree of efficiency.

Low noise level
The soundproof casing and the muffler integrated in the tank base reduce operating noise.

Low vibration
The SLL, EL and JDK series are rainproof and weatherproof. However, they should not be exposed to direct sunlight, rain or snow.

For each model series service kits are available. They are vacuum-packed in aluminium foil for better and longer life/ storage.
